Kerala Travelogue 2013 Memories

Rewinding my memories of 2013 which saw me travel to Kerala with family.

We booked by Indigo airlines and finalised two destinations in #Kerala gods own country.

We travelled Hyderabad – Cochin and took a prepaid taxi from there onto Kumarakam where we booked the first part of our stay at Taj Kumarakom.

We reached the back waters destination after a good journey time in the cab. Taj welcomed us with some good welcome drink which was a respite after a long day of travel.

Had a great 2N/3D sty at Taj and the journey was memorable with an upgrade provided on checkin.

The GM of the property was very guest friendly constantly checking on our comfort and providing on any special requests.

There were special activities planned in the evenings which was a welcome addition.

Having spent some quality time, it was time for us to start to our next destination, the hill station in Kerala, Gods own country, Munnar.

We booked a resort in Munnar and had a good deal with the place Tall Trees

We booked a cab for the entire Munnar trip a with drop back to Cochin airport as a package.

We set out on our journey to Munnar and were mesmerized with the scenic beauty.

The entire route was just par excellence.

Stay at Tall Trees was great and was full of wonders with a kids park, the restaurant was a slight trek in the woods and had a glass roof to give a great view.

After experiencing the resort, the next day we set out to the botanical garden in Munnar which had a good number of plants particularly different flowers and my young hero loved soo many plants and flowers around him.

Anything that has good experiences and memories had to come to an end and after another 2N/3D stay we started on our way back to the Cochin airport to board our flight back to Hyderabad.
